At T.R.C. Gymnastics, we believe in education of the physical, via the physical. This means that each individual learns about their own body's physical abilities while learning new, fun and challenging skills.

Our goal is to prepare children of all ages, shapes and sizes for participation in all physical activities through gymnastics instruction. Through our sport, we strive to teach personal confidence and physical awareness.

TRC Gymnastics Programs

Kindergymnastics

Mommy and me classes are for children 18 to 24 months and will be scheduled in six week blocks. Mommy and me classes are subject to pre-payment. Kindergym is for children 3 to 5 years of age. Wonderful instructors and equipment specifically designed for the development of gross motor skills. Your child will develop hand-eye coordination, language skills, strength, flexibility, gym skills and self-confidence.

Girls Gymnastics

At T.R.C. we offer an innovative and complete gymnastics program for all participants between the ages of 6 and 13 years. Each class offers instruction on all four Olympic events. Strength, flexibility, and coordination skills are incorporated into our program. Our U.S.A.G. Certified instructors guide your child through progressive and challenging lessons in a safe environment.

Boys Gymnastics

Our boys’ program is available to boys, ages of 4 to 6 years. Our boy's gymnastics program will provide a challenging, fun and healthy foundation for any physical activity.

High School Gymnastics and Cheer

T.R.C. offers gymnastics instruction for the high school level gymnast as well as tumbling classes for both Pop Warner and high school cheerleaders.
